“My husband and I decided to gut our out first floor of our cape cod, that we truly adored, but weren't sure exactly what to do and who to use. We had remodeled 3 other homes, but had done so in Chicago and had had the help of my family, who are in the construction business. Needless to say, we were excited, but a little nervous.
I had met Julie numerous times at school since our daughters had become fast friends in kindergarten and told her we what we were thinking of doing. Of course she recommended Mitch. I had already made a call or two and wasn't really excited about anyone I had met or anything they had to tell me...in other words, no connection. I mean, this is someone who will likely be in my house before all of us get up and going in the morning and will be possibly seeing us in our pajamas, maybe even worse!
