“My husband and I decided to gut our out first floor of our cape cod, that we truly adored, but weren't sure exactly what to do and who to use. We had remodeled 3 other homes, but had done so in Chicago and had had the help of my family, who are in the construction business. Needless to say, we were excited, but a little nervous.
I had met Julie numerous times at school since our daughters had become fast friends in kindergarten and told her we what we were thinking of doing. Of course she recommended Mitch. I had already made a call or two and wasn't really excited about anyone I had met or anything they had to tell me...in other words, no connection. I mean, this is someone who will likely be in my house before all of us get up and going in the morning and will be possibly seeing us in our pajamas, maybe even worse!

"We liked our 1980's vintage home but the original windows and siding needed replacement. Other issues needed attention and modernization too. Mitch had done a smaller project for us several years ago and we were pleased with the outcome. We contacted Roofing Concepts and discussed what we wanted done and things we were thinking about doing. Mitch and Julie were very helpful in providing suggestions on various designs, suppliers, materials and colors. Mitch provided a cost estimate that included all of the things we discussed.
The project started on schedule. As the project commenced, we were given options on colors or styles. If we had questions or were unsure on options, Mitch consulted with us and provided excellent advice. The job completed on schedule and came in on budget. Our home has a completely different look. It feels like new again and we are extremely pleased."
